Founded in 2021, Dwell in Possibility® is the culmination of my passions for leadership, coaching, and writing. I work with current and emerging purpose-driven leaders who are ready to step into their full potential with confidence, clarity, and impact. Through coaching, we navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and cultivate leadership habits that foster long-term success and meaningful change. My approach is designed to help you lead with authenticity, energy, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Leadership can be lonely, overwhelming, and exhausting, especially for those navigating high-stakes decisions, competing priorities, and personal histories that shape how they lead. Most are balancing their careers with the invisible load of caregiving, parenting, chronic illness, or life transitions, all while striving to make an impact.
When approached with intention, however, leadership can also be deeply rewarding: it is a pathway to personal growth, meaning, and connection. By understanding ourselves as leaders, we can identify patterns, explore new ways of being and responding, and develop the resilience and clarity needed to lead with purpose and authenticity.
With more than 20 years of experience developing people-centred strategies and creating environments where individuals can thrive, I offer a strategic and supportive partnership for leaders seeking greater clarity, resilience, and sustainable impact.
As an executive leader with C-suite experience, I understand the realities of leading mission-driven teams, navigating organizational change, and making consequential decisions. As a researcher and author, I also bring expertise in leadership psychology, mental fitness, sustainable performance, and reflective practice.
Effective leadership requires more than knowledge and technical ability. It calls for self-awareness, sound judgment, adaptability, and the capacity to remain grounded amid competing demands.
My coaching services draw on research-informed practices from leadership psychology, neuroscience, adult development, mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic awareness, and systems thinking. Reflective, expressive, and creative writing may also be incorporated to help you examine challenges from new perspectives, deepen self-understanding, and translate insight into purposeful action.
I believe every leader has the capacity to thrive, but leadership does not need to be navigated alone. Coaching is not about fixing what is broken. It is about creating the space to think clearly, challenge assumptions, recognize possibilities, and make intentional choices.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in partnership, deep listening, and curiosity. I provide a reflective and judgment-free space where you can explore challenges honestly, reconnect with your values, and consider approaches that reflect both who you are and how you want to lead.
Through a strengths-based and growth-oriented approach, I help leaders with the following:
The goal is not simply to succeed in your role. It is to lead in a way that feels effective, aligned, and sustainable over time.
